It been a while since I made a female character, and I have always like Videl. Personality and character design was always appealing to be, and a long with Android 18 make to be to great female characters in the series.
The original drawing was made by kyo-domesticfucker [link] and all credit goes to the artist. I have always like this pic since the first day I saw it. So basically I just changed the colors and molded it in to the Tenkaichi 3 style.
