Description

Vegeta as a Super Saiyan 4, in his Buu saga outfit and under the control of babidi. Never got why we never really saw SSJ4 with electricity like they have in SSJ2 and SSJ3 form, though I do remember Goku having electricity flowing around him once. Anyway thought it might add to the effect of him in his Majin State more.
